How Long Does It Take To Make A Custom Engagement Ring?
On average, it takes about 3 weeks from the day of purchase to receive your custom ring. However, during the busy season, timeframes may be longer.
Are You Open On The Weekends?
At the moment, we are open by appointment only. Please note that during the holidays, we adjust our store hours to accommodate the busy season.

What Are The Differences Between Natural And Lab Grown Diamonds?
The difference between natural and lab-grown diamonds lies in their creation process. Both are made from carbon, but while natural diamonds form over millions of years deep in the Earth’s crust, lab-grown diamonds are created in a controlled chamber within just a few weeks. What Metal Options Do You Offer?
We currently offer our fine jewelry in 14K or 18K Yellow, Rose, or White Gold, as well as Platinum.
Do You Offer Payment Plans?
We require all purchases to be paid in full before pickup. A deposit is required at the time of purchase. If you’d like to arrange payments over time, please let us know and we will work with you to make accommodations. We also offer financing through a third-party provider, Affirm. If you’re interested in financing, simply let us know, and we will assist you in setting up the application process.
Do You Accept Trade Ins?
The owner, Barry, will personally evaluate your items to determine their materials and trade-in value. The trade-in value can then be applied toward a new piece.
Can I Upgrade My Diamond Later?
Yes, we offer diamond upgrades on all natural diamonds purchased from us. Please note that all upgrades are based on the current diamond market rate. Give us a call at 972-404-4499 to get started!
Can I Buy a Loose Diamond?

Do You Buy Diamonds?
Yes, we buy diamonds! To evaluate your items, we ask that you bring them in for an in-person assessment. Please text us pictures of the diamonds and any certificates you have to 972-404-4499.

Do You Offer Insurance?
Client is responsible for all wear and tear of diamond and jewelry purchases through Diamond and Gold Warehouse, Inc. Any diamonds/stones and jewelry items that are broken, chipped, bent out of shape, or damaged in any shape or form should be reported to the client’s jewelry insurance company to start a claim for the necessary repairs.
Diamond and Gold Warehouse, Inc. does not repair or replace any items without proper claims and communication through the client’s insurance. Client and his/her jewelry insurance company is responsible for all costs associated with such repairs. We advise all clients purchase Jewelry Insurance through their own insurance, or through Jewelry Mutual. Appraisals are provided at the time of purchase, should your insurer need any additional information, please contact us and we will provide further assistance.

Can I Design A Custom Ring If I Am Not Local?
Absolutely! We serve clients across the United States and offer virtual appointments. During these sessions, we can showcase stone options and help you articulate your vision for your custom piece.
How often should I get my ring cleaned?
We recommend having your ring professionally cleaned every six months. If you need to clean it in between, use warm water and dish soap with a soft-bristle toothbrush. Be cautious, cleaning too frequently can wear down the metal, while not cleaning often enough can lead to buildup that may irritate your skin or even cause stones to loosen.
